Refund and Return Policy

Online Store

This online store often serves only as a shop front window for stock available in-store. If you would like to purchase any of the items which is available in-store only please contact us directly or fill out one of the contact forms on the site to arrange pick up or delivery of your selected items. Please note, delivery may not be available in all locations for all products.

In-store Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item purchased from the store we are happy to offer you in-store credit to the value of your purchase once a sales receipt is provided. The items must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached. 

Online Store Product Returns

We hope you like your order from Rylemenswear.com. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Please note we do not issue refunds on voucher orders. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.

You can choose how you wish to return to us by using your local post office or in person in our store. Please see further details on the options available below.

EXCHANGING GOODS

 

We are happy to exchange a product, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty:

  • Underwear

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.

Following inspection of the returned goods and after your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact: info(at)rylemenswear(dot)com

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Please insert the original order form received and mark the item you are returning and enclose with your package.

Bring to your nearest postal office and organise to pay return postage. We advise registering the return so as you have proof of postage and can track the status on your return. When your return package has been received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5 working days.
