If you bought from us as a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2023/2673.

What happens next

  1. You receive an automatic confirmation email within minutes.
  2. Our team contacts you within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the returned goods (or proof of return), we refund the full amount including the standard delivery cost paid.
  4. Refund is processed via your original payment method within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Important exclusions

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Made-to-Measure suits and other custom-made or personalised garments produced to your specifications
  • Suit hire / rental services already started or completed
  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear) once unsealed
